Madam Speaker, last year the government entered into an agreement to compensate federal public servants with Phoenix pay damages, and yet one year later retired and former public servants cannot even apply, let alone be compensated, because the government has failed to set up a claims process. After one year, when will the government stop dragging its feet and see that retired and former public servants receive the compensation they are entitled to?
