Min. of Justice covers-up use of Liberalist software for judicial appointments (Justice Committee)

The Liberals continue their cover-up on partisanship and judicial appointments. The Minister of Justice admits the check for donations but when I asked him a simple yes or no question ( ”has Liberalists been used in the process of judicial appointments”), he deflects.
