Michael Cooper introduces Wynn’s Law in House of Commons

Michael Cooper introduces Bill S-217 also known as Wynn’s Law in the House of Commons after passing by a wide margin in the Senate. This Bill seeks to amend the criminal code in regards to detention in custody.
